Appointments for Covid-19 and Flu vaccinations are now bookable at Duffield and Little Eaton surgeries for eligible patients. Text messages are being sent with booking links, over the next week. These links are only valid for seven days, so please book without delay. Reminder text messages will be sent if your booking link does expire.
If using the booking link, please use the drop down to select a convenient date. For those patients ONLY requiring flu vaccination, please ensure you select a FLU ONLY appointment.
For those patients without a registered mobile phone, a letter or email will be sent to invite you. Alternatively, feel free to contact reception to book your appointment on 01332 842288.
If you are housebound, please try to attend if you can, perhaps with the help of a family member. If this is not possible please contact reception to ensure we have your name on our home visit list.

At your appointment
- wear short or loose sleeves for easy access to the top of your arms
- walk if possible, as the car park can become extremely busy, however further parking is available at Eyes Meadow
- please let us know if you are unable to attend so we can offer your appointment to another patient
